It generates extreme hydrophobicity, when paired with high-quality quartz coatings, reaching a contact angle of up to 120⁰. Q² Booster is not a stand-alone coating, but a top coat and needs to be applied shortly after the installation of a high-quality base coating.

Q² Booster is often mistaken as a top coat on top of an existing coating, which will restore its initial properties after a longer time. Matter of fact, Q² Booster is a reactive, fluorine-based top coat that changes the surface tension of a not fully cured coating! TIP: Use Q² Booster not later than 2 weeks after the ceramic base coating was applied. Due to its extremely rapid evaporation, you might not see the coating on the surface. However, you will surely feel it – it adds a lot of slickness to the surface!
